About the Founder
Why I love my job: I’m blessed and grateful each day that I have the opportunity to help change someone else’s life in a positive and meaningful way.
Shane Fairchild wanted to create an executive search firm that was purpose focused. He gets fulfillment by helping others and feels very blessed to be able to provide for his family while doing what he truly loves. After graduating with his MBA, he started his career in public accounting at the Big 4 (EY and Deloitte) as a CPA doing a combination of audit and tax. Then he transitioned to JPMorgan Chase as a Funds Administration Controller within Asset Management before finally identifying his true calling "his passion for helping others with their career and aspirational endeavors through recruiting". Given his decade plus in-depth knowledge and hands on business experience across accounting, SEC financial reporting, finance, audit and tax, he's been able to excel in executive search placement across a wide variety of functional roles and industries. He's now been in executive search for over 6 years and hasn't looked back.
Shane is a two-time graduate of Capital University with a BA in Accounting and an MBA with a Finance concentration. He is also a certified public accountant (CPA) in the State of Ohio and a certified LinkedIn Professional Recruiter. He is a member of Worthington Christian Church. Outside of work, Shane enjoys reading, fishing, playing guitar, photography, Krav Maga, watching football, target practice, cooking, DIY projects around the house and backpacking, along with spending time with his family. Shane is the father of 2 boys and 1 girl, Logan, Addison and Gavin; Shane’s wife Anastasia is a registered nurse and our Chief Heart Officer.
